🚨 Refund Policy for Digital Products
1. No Refunds for Change of Mind
All digital products—such as e‑books, software, templates, and online tools—are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once downloaded or accessed, the sale is final. Exchanges or refunds for buyer’s remorse aren’t available 
2. Exceptions: Duplicates & Technical Issues
You are eligible for a refund if:
You purchased the same product twice by mistake—contact us within 7 days of the order.
There’s a technical defect that prevents you from using the product, and our support team can’t resolve it. You must report issues within 14 days, with clear reproduction steps and error details 
3. How to Request a Refund
Send your request via email to contact@innovativetech.tech including:
Order number
Product name
Reason for refund (duplicate purchase or unresolved technical issue)
We’ll respond within 5 business days and, if approved, issue a refund within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
4. Refund Period & Processing
Refund requests are accepted only within:
7 days for duplicate purchases
14 days for qualified technical issues
Requests beyond these windows are typically declined. Refunds are processed promptly after approval.
5. No Chargebacks or Disputes
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your payment provider. Payment disputes may delay resolution or result in permanent loss of access.
